Why would you be hesitant when you know the result? I actually agree with you but it gets complicated when you don't stick to your field and it makes it a bit messy with partnerships when it's too complicated meaning stick to the core of the business and not too much holding hands, it's business, not friendships. They need something and ADMEDUS has got that something.
Some other scenarios I think of:
1) What is Medtronic and Edwards sales revenue on their TAVR products per annum and what is their market cap?
2) If Medtronic and Edwards enter into a partnership of some sort with ADMEDUS I believe that all ADAPT products will be distributed through all three companies at the same time.
3) This move alone can quick track ADMEDUS to hundreds of millions of dollars by 2020.
