Tough one.... increase volume at the expense of GP margins, or retain 75%+ GP margins and try to grow volume?
I think the use of the 3rd party reps is the compromise. Outsourcing distribution is certainly the answer for a quick win, but WP has specifically stated this is a marathon, not a sprint. In the longer term, retaining those margins will add the most value for shareholders. We just need to grow like hell with the resources that we have. As (financial) resources grow, I'm sure we will scale up sales & marketing & distribution... the volume will come.
