Involving JVs still dilutes the company.
I'm not saying it's wrong, I'm just saying the company still needs more money, and any way they do it is a form of dilution.
JVs will take a share of the profits. Banks and other financing will require interest payments. etc
No matter which way the company goes there is a cost to getting money from an external source.
The good news is that the ability to get financing has now increased dramatically.
