guys lighten up! Understand longer termers here may be suffering, however if you cannot pass the sleep test, sell all equities you hold and put money in term deposit.
Ps if you cant pass the sleep test, you definitely wont pass the "if you not prepared to lose everything" dont invest in speccies.
Just enjoy and take the mickey rather than jumping at shodows!
