BT it was reported that they need to make modifications to complete stage 1. So I take it that is on hold until they can raise enough cash.
As for what can be concluded, who would know. In the AR they said stage 4 would be completed late 2017 or early 2018. But at the the AGM they have said that completion is now subject to raising cash and 20-25 week campaign. So that makes it second half of 2018 at the earliest.
How in such a short time period could you get such a large variation in completion time???
