Excellent research DDzx! Very close by my research as well. Also the fundamentals are all stacking up here IMO! I see this as a bullish continuation, I think the cup and handle in Sep is an early indication. I'm not good with charts so DYOR!
I was looking at a 15-20c post-reconstruction and don't see problems raising the capital. What do you think DDzx about the potential 4 other licenses?
