I feel I am very happy that I have a chance to hold this company's share in my trading lifetime.

Already established companies such as RIV, not easy to get in from retail investors point of view.

I did look at some company's history.
Director A. Harrison did "grandious decision" for the company to change its identy from its heathcare one to mining company. Then again he did another great decision to give up buying iron ore company and then to focus on premium quality coking coal in Mongolia and Indonesia.
Then above all, best of all, he invite Mark Early as a managing director with company's helm.
His great grandious decisions have made current CEO's identity and very promising position.

It definitely reminds me of Nokia of Finland.
Nokia was initially pulp mill timber company and then reading a important world trend for IT and then became one of top IT company even now struggling to exist because misjudgement about market and trend.

In this regard, not only MD Mark Early but also A. Harrison
must be praised and admired.

Plenty to tell, but it is enough.
