Today's announcement of the closing of financing for the Taralga Wind Farm is a massive announcement in my opinion.

It means the project will be built to completion establishing CBD's reputation as a experienced diversified energy company.

It will increase the value of CBD's equity component of the project, and seeing it's classified as "available for sale" we may see CBD exit this investment shortly providing the company with some liquidity. 10% of approximately $280 million is a significant cash injection!!

Furthermore, if they announce a NASDAQ shorty I think we'll see a significant improvement in the share price.

Remember the market cap for CBD Energy is currently only $4.7 million. I think it's significantly undervalued with a re-rating around the corner.
