Maquarie have bought 12mil since last week & they have only sold 2mil, they also have bought 350,000 today & sold nothing today, the bids there going buy the current buying over the past week are very genuine, looks as TOX is ready for a further move north, also word is customers that deal with TPI are starting to look elsewere at cheaper options like TOX for contracts
