1. ECT to go to India for the establishment of the coldry /Matmor , find the right constructors for the equipment with the affordable price .
2. Ignite to have ALDP money (maybe told to share ) , and then Ignite to use ECT , as they will be in a position to supply modules with low cost .
3. Ignite to carry ECT to Indonesia ........someone is there already . Is it South Koreans ??

What I like out of this engagement among ECT & Ignite , is a take over from offshore will be harder .
