thanks bwc, i couldnt put a finger on it. So we are on par (include options) as far as MC goes to the 3.9 cents days and we are "in theory" in a much more favorable position. if / when deal signed, then historical SP / MC will be irrelevant, it will be more important trying to understand the future earnings in not only coldry but matmor - for the right reasons that will be very hard to do.
lets hope we have a new thread soon, for all the right reasons !!
