IMO, I have found the tone of news releases in recent weeks from parties associated with ESI indicate that a significant announcement regarding India may occur in the near future. For example, on 5 May 2015, Platinum Road announced the following on their website:

Environmental Clean Technologies (ECT, ASX:ESI) are progressing with their discussions with two Indian Government companies, Neyvelli Lignite Corporation (NLC) and the National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC), with the view to enter into a tripartite agreement for the collaborative development of Coldry and Matmor technologies in India.
To further progress their commercialisation pathway in India, ECT has entered into a $1.2m FAST Finance Follow-On facility. In addition, ECT have engaged Platinum Road to conduct a corporate strategic review to assist in the transition of the business when their projects go live and in the attraction of strategic and institutional investment into the company.

There have been numerous other announcements discussed on HC that have a similar tone to the above, which does make me think there may well be a massive breakout looming if and when a deal is done in India... I know the above has been discussed previously, however I just found it interesting to see these reoccuring words.
