Think 0.020 might get spanked at close... Its feeling like an option shake out... I'm thinking another 25-50 mill options are going to get exercised.
12 mill ESIObs traded and 8 mill ESIOAs
With 64 mill ESI trades going into the 4:10 closing bids!
Might be a few scared sells at open tommorrow.
Then a possible conversion notice in the afternoon.
Lowering the option to full share ratio followed by a Deal signing would be of benefit when approaching Institutiinal Investors.
Glenn's on board and His strategy Pre and Post deal signing would be likely in play here.
Mid afternoon onwards then would see the reaccumulation of Fulls.
