I noticed that all your post are negative towards Esi, that cant be a coincidence. They are working towards the Tripartite agreement, could mean they are at the finish line and just need a few things done before announcement or they could be adding more positive news to the agreement that we aren't aware about. From all the past information gathered IT WILL HAPPEN its just a matter of time now.
