Cappers,Eager Sellers,Accumulator selling to hold down price etc etc Keep in mind STAG sellers,they who bought the IPO for instant profit.
even someone $20,000 for 100,000 will be selling/trading to get a Free Float or a substantial percentage Gain in a month.
Eager Sellers that have a good number to deal with.
Anyhow if you follow TA charting there's a trend line established from Day one that RAD fell off but is near to regaining.
Currently this Trend line will become 'operational' at 38 cents. Target for this week is trading consistenly above 38.Preferably a 40's close on Friday.
