Just a follow on from the SMH article at the end of March re toxins in the home, here's the link to companies where people can buy furniture without any fire retardants at all. It's from 2015 so perhaps out of date?
Sure it's good that toxic FR's are being phased out but what's really strange is these very well known companies are apparently supplying furniture with no FR's at all. It's as if the good news is, the toxins won't kill you, the bad news is, have a fire in the house and chances are you're dead anyway.
I have to ask once again, how come these companies don't know about AJX? Has anyone told them? Ikea, Crate and Barrel, West Elm and Pottery Barn are huge companies worldwide.
