What? ppl are buying up with no announcements, not selling to get a tax loss!
This is insider trading, started by one or a few buyers and then followed by the herd. Alternatively, someone has decided that a rebound from a large fall is due and started that ball rolling - most of the movement being around 12:00 today.
I don't have any, of course, so I'm biased but I do like to know why stocks move and I can see a good reason for this one going up so much.
