newtothegame, i'm sorry for throwing a few theories around, please excuse my ignorance.
What i am getting at is there would be more people than just ELK who will know the current status of any deal being done or potentially being done. Dool's suggested ELK are being very tight lipped, which they are; i'm suggesting there will be other players who know the current situation with any deals / contracts.
