Joe, my understanding of a buyback is it's aimed at rewarding long term holders
in times of share price stress usually in the form of a dividend......No doubt
we are under stress but I can't see a dividend for a while, indeed if any....Still
in the speculative stage, couldn't see one happening before we have earnings...
