10 mil buyer was fake and has pulled the bid which has encouraged the sellers at 2.2 cents. The company simply has to be a takeover candidate, yet we have no substantial holder notices despite all this volume. Ridgeback remains a major holder and they haven't sold any despite watching the price go from 2 cents to 19 cents and back again to 2 cents. Surely it has to be a buy at this level?
