Beginning of week the bid was about (changed throughout the week) .10 bid .118 ask. I would have a bid of .11 in.
A sale would go through for .10 then immediately a sale of 100 shares would go through at .118 to jump the price back up. - since my bid was higher my bid should have been filled not the lower bid. (I know of a couple others that had bids in as well).
This happened all week as the price was brought down. Add that with who pays a fee of $4.99-$15 to buy 100 shares at .118 ($1.11)
