Completely disagree, I read an opinion somewhere that said that JT was pushing for this claim more than the other directors. May or may not be true.
If MZN loses this then shareholders will be very unhappy and to save themselves if nothing else the other MZN directors may choose to send JT packing. (AGM last year was end of Nov, likely to be a similar date this year).
So IMO there will be no will to appeal.
MZN also may not have enough cash to appeal. MZN already has litigation with RXL to pay for. Matter is listed for trial for 3 days commencing 29th November, 2017.
Any appeal would need to have grounds, there are not likely to be any IMO.
Finally, who would be silly enough to represent MZN in an appeal, esp. after learning some of the details that came out of the trial hearing?
