It sux, however it looks to me as though it is being capped at 12.5 and that some will be tempted to (or T3s' forced to) sell.
Those trading on the basis of the last few days will probably book a fair profit.
Just my view. What to do is a personal call, but it could retrace based upon the numbers and the tension.
I will set a position to sell and stick to it, however I still see PRR as a longer term buy.
