    Over the last week we have seen huge chunks taken out of PRE's SP, tradition says when this happens there is news afoot. Not sure whats to come but rumour has it that we are to expect some. 1.1 & 1.2 has been decimated today and the sell side is looking weak.........could this be a PREcursor to a run. I don't know but it looks like it's stacked the right way.
