    Read the latest MMX announcemnt clarifying trhe Koh and Evans settlement and you will see it was a massive defeat for CHM. Koh and Evans were originally claiming between $150m and $250m but settled for around $7m or only 2.8% of their original claim, why would they settle for so massively less then their original claim unless they were sure they would lose if they went to court? Looks bad for CHM's upcoming case.
