MMX mANAGEment did'nt settle becasue they were worried they most likely would have won a court case, but theres always risk in a court case, so if Koh and Evans were prepared to accept a few peanuts only 2.8% of the claim then its a smart legal tactic to settle. l don't post here becasue l'm desperate or worried but becasue l have a hatred of CHM and want to see them destroyed, they probably cost be a large amount of money by scaring off a possible SINO $6 takeover offer back in the days the market was booming.
