Perhaps some people are getting out due to feat of what will happen in Japan over the weekend.
They are at a critical time now. If their military fire truck spraying (which is happening as I write this) works, then great. If they can then fully reattach their new power lines tonight, and over the weekend then even better! If all the electrical pumps and cooling systems function than we are home free and Japan can confidently start to rebuild.
However, if anything goes wrong with the aforementioned plans, then the market may not open nicely on Monday... That's not to say things are really that bad. Things will be ok , its just meltdowns and burning spent fuel rods will scare people for a while.
