The bigest issue here is whether CEO can raise funds at 5c ,as originally announced, to secure the tenements. They may need to lower the issue price which means more dilution.

Im not sure what happens if they cant raise funds and to be honest, I dont even what to think of the possibility of perhaps losing the option to aquire.

Perhaps someone else can clarify and give a reason as to why the company was doing the ring around.
