I'm concerned if discussion on the reduced raising eventuates.
Focus may be on a reduced cap raising folks, however I'm confident a reasonable option in Indo would improve m/cap!
Remember this is ME's old stomping ground.
Sure think the $7-8 mil to bring up to $28 mil total, IS required for this option to progress.
