Could well be just a business ploy to get some tax concessions from the Australian tax payer.
How many billions did governments give to the car industry when they claimed they were going broke year after year.
A business ploy imo.
If it is real then you would have thought the Australian government would and should have done a lot more research on who they selling our strategic ports to. When people cant pay they are easy targets for cashed up crime syndicates in the form of payoffs etc.
