Hey Stayer,

I only hold a small quantity of FAC given the risks posed and the micro size of the company.

I find FAC to be a really strange stock. I think current price is very low given it's potential, however they really need revenue growth to push profits forward. Like you, the recent announcement regarding de-listing left me in two minds; take the opportunity to increase my holding while others jumped ship or get out. In the end, I decided to buy a few more.

The reasons being:

- I am curious about how the company will operate after de-listing.
- I believe that the comment "The ASX listed structure has been a disincentive to a number of corporate discussions the company has and continues to have. While nothing appears imminent, we have taken some comfort from the interest in our business from a number of major overseas technology service providers." is significant. FAC may be much more nimble as a business without ASX listing.
- The potential still stands out to me.

I'll admit to being less educated about FAC and perhaps I should be, however I considered the experience worth the money invested.

Just my thoughts.
