    averaging down notmally not the right thing to do but the market was a long way from normal in the smaller end of it in the few months toward end of last financial year

    adj could be good and market price of it is great after the offer - seems a very strange offer on fac at 7.2 c for 1.5m -esp as offer values them at about 8.3c odd!
