Good announcement today that should ensure that the half year results are OK.

Assuming a 2c interim dividend, and a 2c final, same as last year, the stock yields a handy 6.25%.

Not bad, while we wait for recovery.

With asset value at 200c, I feel very comfortable picking up the stock at 65c.

It's not as if you could pick up one of their $200,000 new homes for $65,000 !!

Not like for like I know, but you get the point !
