Yeah I'm in this in a big way also but got in a bit lower so a little less risk.
I can see where you get the $1 value, there Is no way GGG will get many if any shares off the current holders, I believe they went about it the wrong way with this t/o, they hold 8.1% but should have attempted to purchase more prior to the offer, even via a third party.
Interesting to see whether they will make another offer soon, I don't think they will give up easily and must have known it wouldn't be easy.

We shall soon find out, interesting times ahead that's for sure.
