Marcs, on the issue of rewarding the Directors, Im with Jerry.
They alraedy have a powerful incentive to make TNR viable through their shares and options.
Secondly I am not convinced TNR can afford to pay the amounts they request. Could send it broke.
Thirdly I am not convinced they have done a good job anyway. The La Jolla deal looks like a poor one as others have commented. The Madagascar results to date are to me at least not convincing. I do not anticate a lift in the SP any time soon.
I currently have no stock but if I did I would vote against the proposed Directors' remuneration.
