Conversion? Novus note or Lind? It's all getting too much lol. Could be shortfall sellers. Could be CNote conversions. All we can do is wait for the 3B to see who converts. They certainly know how to lower the vwap.

Im still confident Booth isn't selling. If you look at the 3B of about 13% GGPOB, that is only about 70mil share increase to his holdings.

The shortfall was about 508mil. So 438mil went to "others". They could be selling but 0.4c even with commission kickbacks is a loss.

But if you sell at 0.4c and convert the CNote then they offset and you pocket the discount.

But Lind is more likely imo.
