I agree with you 110% but could it not be argued that a bot does not do anything it is not pre-programmed to do by a Human Being / Person.

So do you perseu the coders or the people that open the cage and let the dog/beast/code out there to roam in the general population

Of course you have to look at the PEOPLE that let the dogs/code/bot out.

Someone has to be there ticking the boxes and hitting the enter button that lets these dogs/bots out of their cage.

Who is it that understands this code enough to give it the green light and let it roam?

Just some thoughts that go through my otherwise empty head from time to time.
