i think what stocktops was saying was that cappers are all the way through the stack and are waiting for nervous nellies as they've been tagged to, place orders along side them... then hopefully for us and the cappers a big woosh straight through the lot to see how high they can get for the lowest price...
that was my take on it, not sure why he'd wait all this time to make outrageous claims now... so ive gone and picked up a day parcel... we'll se what happens i guess
