Firstly it hasnt doubled in 3 weeks, it was trading around 9.5c 3 weeks ago, now 13c and no I dont think its due to leakage. I think its due to anticipation of announcement being made soon. And once that spike in shareprice and increase in volume, its followed up by the interest of traders. Even the high volume days early August of 20-30mill shares really only represents $2-3mill or so. That's easily induced by trader interest.
