ok fair enough - not quite doubled in 3 weeks but did go to $0.15.
My point however is... we all knew ages ago that the end of August was announcement time, why then are investors speculating at $0.13-$0.15 when they had the same information 2-3 months ago and could have purchased for well under $0.10...
we know the same info now as then...
Does my thought have any merit?
