When you buy a house, do you deem it as yours even though you owe the bank money for the mortgage?
I don't hear many people saying... "I'm looking to buy the bank a house this weekend." or when a form says are you renting or so you own your own home that many people add in "No the bank owns it"
So sell half the portfolio and CNP is still worth more than .24c correct?
