that exim page tells me actually how far away they are! no Estimated Annual co2 Production of Project, no Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)

it seems to me other projects on the list with similar posting dates have the two above items already completed, tells me IBG have stalled
seems to me we are miles away, and exim have dropped the ball, if the USA were looking at securing strategic supply they would have funded both sides of the equation.
