If Ruane sold shares to take up options what a pleasure because he is actually increasing his holding. It seems odd but he sells to increase his holding.
Anyway if he sells a few he allows a bit of liquidity into what it a very tight market.
By the way what is the value of Reward if Potash hits $1000 a ton
To me at current levels Reward is cheap and the higher the share price goes the few shares have to be issued when they raise capital to fund development. At $2 they only have to issue 35m shares as the other half is to be debt funded.
