I agree...what you say is or should be well understood by everyone here....the clock is ticking for sure....
Again...we had Covid right in the middle,
Security of tenure was an obstacle too,
AGR were enrolled to examine well management ( design, timeline, rig availability etc), so EMP has taken the risk to do the logistics in a pre-emptive manner...
Its taken a while which has been disappointing, to the stage that I had moved on, but the board has done the work, one piece remains for the puzzle, and I've laid my bets for the final run...
I'll be a genius or a dick....such is the nature of speculative investing...
