Security of tenure was an obstacle too,
AGR were enrolled to examine well management ( design, timeline, rig availability etc), so EMP has taken the risk to do the logistics in a pre-emptive manner...
Its taken a while which has been disappointing, to the stage that I had moved on, but the board has done the work, one piece remains for the puzzle, and I've laid my bets for the final run...
