Leases don't work that way with O&G I do know this area as I have some part ownership of small exploration tenements in the West, the company has to demonstrate they are actively doing all they can to develop the field so as to stop companies from holding tenements with no intentions of development.Emperor has been doing this and meeting timelines ,unfortunately Covid has put a brake on activity around gas , with that will develop a more desperate situation with gas supply
