mate The report from RISC and others is NOT certified reserves only prospective resources which is a defined term in PRMS. Until they can book proven and probable reserves for the field the project remains in the “hit and hope” category. Please feel free to refute any of the facts I have laid out and we can have a sensible debate on the viability of this project.
