Everyone in the industry seems to know that they need new gas to come to maket but like AGL they tried to play the flexible import game and wasted 3 years and $130m to get nothing now companies will be scrambling to secure other projects or contracts.
I think companies like EMP were forgotten but now back on the radar. Gas probably isn't as hot as it could be when Trump was in power, but gas is still a logical step from coal to renewable energies and to suddenly change everyone's home to renewable electricity would break the economy, and knowing the government popular votes like affordable gas and house bills will weigh heavily on policies and decisions.
