I guess the other side that say phoohey, there is no shortage...may be surprised to know...the govnut set up a new govt body to look into, study, research the situation...and their report is looking very grim
an independent report...not from the insiders... ALL OUTSIDERS....only saul eslake is the only name I recognise and look at his extensive experience and qualifications...outside of housing
so my message to the huge bears, on all these property forums is.... I would much rather prefer the advice real qualified professionals.....and other experienced players in this field... in preference to your predictions hmmm, christmas keeps getting merrier
