malaga, no doubt homes for rent are not as plentiful as homes for sale. i don't foresee the rentals having the same problems as the sellers, especially since some sellers are selling to avoid mortgage stress and are heading into rentals.
but it does depend where you are looking. my mum just just rented her house and it took almost 2 months (house in good condition and location and the asking price was below market)
